I have tried the normal calorie counting which worked for about a week, but now it is impossible to keep adding and tracking every little calorie.
I have heard of people going back to the old plan, so it's possible then is it? It's just how do you calculate the PlusPoints products to normal points?
Also please don't say to ask at the meeting or whichever, because I am not part of Weightwatchers like that. I just use my sister's old leaflets and books from her meetings to watch me diet.
